“He has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature.” 2 Peter 1:4.
For those who believe in God, His Words reveal His heart towards mankind.This is part of the reason Peter wrote that God’s promises enable us to participate in His divine nature. This has to do with taking God at His Word, trusting Him and what He says about who He is. When we encounter Him, we have an opportunity to feel His heart towards us and by so doing, His faithfulness is further revealed.
Beloved of God, let’s thank the Almighty for His great and precious promises to us.
As you do that, He will help you recognize and to rest in what He says is true.
I pray that today, you will experience His tender goodness in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
