God said, ” Let there be light.” Gen. 3:3
Light is one of God’s first words recorded in the Bible. As the Spirit of God hovered over a dark, formless and empty Earth, God introduced light into His creation saying “Let there be light.” Light is good, we can all attest to the fact. In Psalm 119:130, we read that the word illuminates our understanding.
In another place, Jesus refered to Himself as the Light of the world, the giver of the light of life. John 8:12.
Beloved of God, I pray that the light of God will shine on our paths today in ways we have never experienced.
What ever darkness exists in our lives, God will command His light to flush them out.
Darkness will not comprehend God’s intervention in our situations today.
May the Light of God continually shine in our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Amen
