A residential area in Ikoyi ,Lagos was attacked by fire earlier today. Ikoyi is among most expensive neighbourhoods in Nigeria.
The PS , Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu who alerted the media on the development, said his men were deployed early enough to arrest the situation.

“The agency has activated its response plan to the above location. A combined team of agency LRT and the Lagos State Fire Service are taking immediate action to quell the residential fire which appears to be spreading rapidly to adjoining properties.
