Nigerian Clerics disapprove of LBGTQ culture, call it rape of family values

Two clerics on Sunday, condemned the culture of Lesbian, gay bisexual transgender and queer (LGBTQ), described it as a rape on family values.

The clerics, spoke in different interviews with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos, said that, such will to choose culture can not advance family harmony let alone advance democratic culture in the society as the new world order.

The Chief Imam, Lagos State University (LASU) Prof. Amidu Sanni, said that, it was a pervasive poly by the west to deepen Liberalism.

According to him the preservation and multiplication of the human species which the LBGTQ culture tends to halt is a fundamental principle and rule in Islam and Christianity.

” Any perverse distortion in any form as currently being propagated in the name of LBGTQ phenomenon is not only blasphemous but also an open invitation to divine wrath.

“See Qur’an 26: 160-172. Cf. The Holy Bible, Genesis 19: 24-25 for clarity,”

” It’s inconceivable that some lowly minds in the abyss of avowed human imperfections will even want to promote the idea of democracy, which is about choice anyway, through the advancement of LBGTQ or indeed suggesting it as a panacea for the prevention of domestic violence at homes,” he said.

Sanni said that the whole phenomenon of LBGTQ is a form of violence against established norms and divine laws which lower animals would not even engage in.

He added that the whole idea as being promoted by some Western “neo-liberals” and their cohorts was part of the Neo-colonial agenda of destroying African values and making people ever ensnared by their offers of aids and assistance through the acceptance and accommodation of the LBGTQ evil idea.

He warned that any African family that embraces such principles is already treading the path of self-immolation and in fact, domesticating and institutionalising domestic violence.

In his view on the LBGTQ culture, the General Superintendent the Holy Spirit Mission, Ikeja Lagos Bishop Charles Ighale, said that, just as every nation has a government, that was how every family should have a government.

According to him the man is supposed to be the president and chief security officer of the family while the wife should be the vice president and chief of staff.

“The children should be under the authority of the parents. nobody in a family has the right to do what pleases him or her.

“There should be a common family culture and family interests which every family member should be a custodian of the family culture and values to entrench family harmony,” he said.

The promotion of the will to choose as advanced by LGBTQ could not be said to halt domestic violence and abuse in homes, rather a rape of family values akin to Africa.
